The reason why I’m feeling so confident I can help you is because of how I helped myself 10 years ago. I used to be a very obese girl weighing about 220 pounds and because of my body image, friends and enemies alike often bullied me in schools.

Like many girls, I tortured myself to the point where food was my enemy and my body was a disgrace. I hated myself so bad that I always try to avoid mirrors and also blame everyone around me for being at fault. My relationship with ex boyfriend was so toxic that he ran away from me after dating just for 3 weeks.

That’s when I realized hating on my body was affecting everything in my life, so I committed myself to understanding what nutrition was all about. When I started to learn how the body actually works, my mentality started to improve. I see food as a source of nourishment, not the other way round. I ate in a way that healed my body.

Instead of blaming others, I have learned that only you yourself can control your own destiny. Sometimes when you feel like you have done everything right, and no results is yet to be seen, don’t give up because you may not be doing it right. I am here to reach out to those sharing what I have felt last time and my mission is to spread this healthy attitude around the world.
